Rector Companies Investment Acquisition

WR's sister development company, The Rector Companies, is proud to announce our latest investment acquisition.  The property is 118,000 SF of heavy industrial warehouse on approximately 5 acres located at 9126 Euclid Ct., Manassas, VA.  It was acquired quickly with the help of George Charlton, acting as Purchaser Rep and was purchased for $12,500,000.  This property is a value-add/repositioning investment and renovations will begin soon.

The property will be managed by WR Management, LLC.  We'd like to thank all who participated with us in this investment including the investors, ECS, Christopher Companies, Summit Bank, and Vanderpool Frostick & Nishanian.

JUST SOLD - Former Fire House in Dumfries/Triangle

Chuck Rector & Carmela Patrick recently sold a former firehouse in Dumfries, VA. The building, located at 3800 Graham Park Rd., is approximately 15,000 SF on 2.5 acres of land and sold for $1,700,000.

They fielded many inquiries on this property once it was listed in January. Ultimately, they worked closely with the Town of Dumfries and the owner, Dumfries Triangle Rescue Squad, to finalize the sale. This required cooperation with the owner, local utility companies, Prince William County, and the Town of Dumfries. Chuck & Carmela's good working relationships with local electricians, contractors and legal counsel helped to make this a successful sale for their client.
